We provide positive Activities with a youth leadership programme to young people. Martial arts sessions, with multi-sports, while raising awareness of holistic practices via Tai Chi, Chi Kung and meditation, we also provide competitive grass route sports. We have been established since 1986. We currently teach to improve life skills to young people via the ethos of the martial arts; we work on mental and physical well-being in partnership with many primary and secondary mainstream schools. Have been providing successful courses since 2006 working with the local authority to improve young peoples lives.

We are members of several local and national youth bodies, working together to provide outcomes and needs for today’s demands of young people and women.
Currently, we are members of Sport for England, London Youth, London Sport, Jack Petchey Foundation, and Local children services in North East London. Based in LSU secondary school-Highgate working in partnership with the schools PE department.

Martial Arts” is an accelerator for leadership development. It’s a powerful opportunity for young people to build their self-esteem, courage and self-efficacy. The ripple effect of that experience continues off the Dojo and throughout a young person life.

We encourage women to attend courses and provide women’s self-defence course known as “safety 4u”.

We also provide a youth leadership programme, we believe that mentoring is a valuable tool to promote and encourage the development of young women as leaders in their sports organisations and communities. Often times, Boys & girls have little access to role models or mentors who they can speak to candidly about their lives, goals and future aspirations. Structured mentoring programmes give young women and girls opportunities to build a network that can help guide them in short and long-term goals, develop their leadership capacities and give them the confidence to achieve what they want to achieve on and off the field.

In the past, we have successfully delivered for 8-19 years on the following activities

  1. Women’s safety 4U programme
  2. Kung Fu and leadership programme for Young People
  3. Zen Do Fusion – mixed martial arts with dance
  4. Early stage security – empowering and educating young women in the security sector
  5. “Strike back” Exciting and explosive course for Disability groups
